Yes you can. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This will have your tracking number and a link to the delivery provider. Click on the link in the delivery confirmation email and follow the prompts provided. Alternatively, click on the link below and enter your tracking number from your delivery confirmation email:
If your order contains Dangerous Goods items (delivery of Dangerous Goods items is handled by StarTrack Road Express): https://startrack.com.au/
If your order does not contain Dangerous Goods items (all other items are handled by Australia Post eParcel): https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
The tracking data will not be updated until later that same night, the order was dispatched, so don’t be worried if it does not work straight away.
