    glamaCo’s focus is on real estate purchases over leasing arrangements, however exceptional properties offering motivated lease arrangements may be considered.

    Only sites based in Queensland, Australia are currently being considered. Other states and areas will be considered in 2022

    glamaCo is a destination store which requires easy access, in convenient high exposure locations, as such the basic site requirements are:

    1. For pre-existing standalone sites:
      1. Minimum. 300m2 showroom,
      2. Maximum. 600m2 showroom,
      3. Minimum 1200m2 land size,
      4. Exclusive access to 20+ carparks,
      5. Entrance 100m+ away from gyms, op shops, gaming venues
      6. Ability to receive and send palletised loads from front and/or rear of store.
    2. For vacant land:
      1. Minimum 1200m2 land size,
      2. Entrance 100m+ away from gyms, op shops, gaming venues,
    3. For multiple tenancy sites where the entire asset can be obtained:
      1. Up to 3,000m2,
      2. Exclusive access to 20+ carparks,
      3. Entrance 100m+ away from gyms, op shops, gaming venues,
      4. Ability to receive and send palletised loads from front and/or rear of store.
    4. For lease sites:
      1. Minimum. 350m2 showroom,
      2. Maximum. 400m2 showroom,
      3. Exclusive access to 20+ carparks,
      4. Entrance 100m+ away from gyms, op shops, gaming venues,
      5. Entrance 20m+ away from common/public/shared areas such as bathroom amenities and waste disposal facilities,
      6. Ability to receive and send palletised loads from front and/or rear of store.
