    My online Trade Application has been approved. How do I sign in?


    To successfully sign in, please refer to your welcome email that was sent to you when you initially registered in store or online. In this email you will find your registered e-mail and password.

    Once you have this information simply click "Sign In / Sign Up" at the top of the page on the far left, or by simply clicking here. Once on the "Sign In / Sign Up" page enter the details in the welcome email, into the form under the heading "I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER". Please ensure there a no spaces evident before or after entering your email, or this will result in an unsuccessful sign in. Then click the "Sign In" button. If this worked successfully you will see that the "Sign In / Sign Up" link at the top of the page now says "Sign Out".

    If you do not still have access to the welcome email or have forgotten your password please select "Forgot your password?" on the "Sign In / Sign Up" page and follow the prompts.

    You can confirm the account you have signed into has access to trade products and trade pricing by visiting the My Account section of the website. On the My Dashboard page under the heading "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" you will see another sub heading called "glamaCo Information". Under this heading it should say “Account Access: Trade”.

    If you still are unable to sign in please let us know and we will investigate further.
