    My product is faulty. What do I do?

    If your product is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period, you can simply return the product to 307 Dawson Parade, Arana Hills, QLD, 4054 along with your original receipt. Depending on the warranty provided by the manufacturer will depend on whether they will repair or replace the faulty item.

    If we find that the product is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve item/s. glamaCo will not pay to send these items back to you.
