How do I know my order has been placed?

    You will be sent an Order Confirmation email once your order has been submitted. If you do not receive this email within 20 minutes of pressing the "Place order" button, your order may not have processed. Please contact us to verify if your order has been placed. You can also check your orders in "My Account".
