If you cannot remember your password:
- Please visit https://www.glamaco.com.au/customer/account/forgotpassword/
- Enter the email address assigned to the account at time of registration in the “Email Address” field.
- Click the “Submit” button.
- A Password Reset Confirmation email containing a glamaCo website link will be sent to the email address assigned to the account.
- When you receive the email, please click on the glamaCo website link immediately as the link will expire after a short period of time.
- A glamaCo website page will load. Enter, then re-enter your new password in the fields indicated.
- Click the "Reset a Password" button.
- You will then be taken to the glamaCo “Sign In/Sign Up” page where you can sign in using the email address assigned to the account and your newly created password.
If the glamaCo website link in the Password Reset Confirmation email states that it is expired after you click on it, you will need to repeat the process above.
