If you cannot remember your password:
- Please visit the glamaCo website and proceed to the "Sign In/Sign Up" page.
- Under the “Returning Customers” heading, enter the email address assigned to the account at time of registration in the “Email Address” field.
- Click the “Forgot?” button under the “Email Address" field and the “Retrieve your password here” page will load.
- Re-enter your email address in the “email address” field and click the “submit” button.
- An email containing a glamaCo website link will be sent to the email address assigned to the account.
- When you receive the email, please click on the glamaCo website link immediately as the link will expire after a short period of time.
- After the glamaCo website link is clicked, the glamaCo website password reset page will load, enter, then re-enter your new password in the fields indicated.
- Click the "Reset a Password" button and you will then be taken to the glamaCo “Sign In/Sign Up” page where you can sign in and enter your email address and newly created password.
If the glamaCo website link in the password reset email states that it is expired after you click on it, you will need to repeat the process above or contact us for further assistance.
